Yes, but changes require authorised work and updated verification/documentation. This protects compliance and prevents warranty issues.
If the device is removed, replaced, or rewired by a third party, can you still help?
Yes, but warranty may be void. We can assist on a chargeable basis after inspection, and we’ll explain findings before any work proceeds.
Is re-verification included after repairs or configuration changes?
If re-verification is required due to installation-related issues or authorised configuration changes, we can support and provide updated documentation where applicable.
What if the vehicle feels jerky or hesitant after installation?
This can indicate an incorrect signal source, vehicle-specific calibration needs, or external interference. Avoid DIY changes and contact support for inspection and rectification.
